SCHINKEN FONDUE 

Serves 4

Preheat oven to 350

4 large slices Sourdough Bread

4 Tb White Wine

12 oz thinly sliced Ham

1 Tomato, thinly sliced

8 slices Swiss Cheese

Lay bread on baking sheet in a single layer and sprinkle with wine. Top with ham, tomato, and lastly the cheese. Bake 15-20 minutes till hot through and cheese is melted.

 

 GRAND CAKE 

Serves 6

6 - 1" slices "Very Berry Cake"

3 Tb Grand Marnier Liqueur or Fruit Flavored Syrup

6 slices Vanilla Ice Cream

Whipped Cream

Place cake slices on individual dessert plates, sprinkle with Grand Marnier, and top with ice cream slices. (Turn ice cream out of container and slice straight down.)  Garnish entire edge of cakes with fresh whipped cream, and place in freezer till ready to serve. 

 

RUMMY CUB CAKE

Serves 6

6 - 1" Slices Dutch Apple Cake

2 Tb Myers's Rum

6 slices Coffee Ice Cream

Whipped Cream

Lay cake slices on individual dessert plates, sprinkle with rum, and lay a slice of ice cream over each piece. (Turn ice cream out of container and slice straight down.)  Garnish edges of cakes with whipped cream and store in freezer till ready to serve.

 

POPPY SEED BREAD CROUTONS

These delicious croutons add POP! to any salad.

PREHEAT OVEN TO 325

1 Loaf Poppy Seed Bread

1/4 Cup Salad Oil

Cut Poppy Seed Bread into 1/2" cubes, and spread out in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Drizzle cubes with oil and toss gently to coat. Place croutons in oven and bake about 12-15 min, till nicely browned; they will crisp as they cool.
